1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

  • You will receive a notification via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We offer reliable nationwide delivery across Pakistan.

  • Standard Delivery: Expected delivery within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all orders nationwide.

  • Note: Flat shipping rates (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an update containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier's tracking portal to update the status.

4. Delays & Missing Packages While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, occasional delays may happen due to unforeseen weather conditions or courier operations. If you haven't received your order within 7 days of your shipping confirmation, please reach out to us with your order number.
